INGREDIENTS
2x chicken breasts sliced into strips
1x cup flour
2x eggs, beaten and mixed with a dash of milk
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Vegeta mix
METHOD
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Coat in flour.
3. Coat in egg mixture.
4. Mix the Vegeta and breadcrumbs together in a bowl and coat the breadcrumbs in the mixture.
5. Lay evenly on a lined baking tray, and bake for 30 minutes at 180. Remember to turn then strips over after 15 minutes so they cook evenly.
